About Seb
Hi, I’m Sebastian Singh — a professional singer, jazz pianist, and vocal coach based in Hackney Wick, London. My musical roots are in soul, jazz, R&B, and gospel, and my performing journey began in New Orleans, where I sang everything from funk to salsa.
Like many singers, I spent years taking lessons but still struggled with high notes, breath control, and performance anxiety. During lockdown, I decided to understand how the voice really works — studying vocal anatomy and acoustics with world-renowned Estill teachers Anne-Marie Speed and Naomi Eyers. That process completely transformed my singing and confidence.
Since then, I’ve performed with artists like Tom Odell and Gary Barlow, collaborated with soul musicians across London, and found my passion in helping others uncover their own authentic sound. My goal is to help singers of all levels feel free, confident, and genuinely enjoy their voice again.

Seb has been a wonderful teacher for me so far! He himself is a fantastic singer and musician, capable of emulating singers of different styles, and breaking this down in his lessons. He has an excellent demeanour in his lessons - patient, thoughtful, constructive, and fun! He really knows his stuff, and makes great use of the Estill teaching method to help unlock certain sounds. I've been singing for a long time and have tried a few teachers before settling on Seb - he's really helped inspire me and helped me make progress in areas that were troublesome for a long time.
